photographs can very explicit and sensationalist. There is wide
coverage of fashion, sex, relationships, beauty, lifestyle
and careers. The articles are generally superficial
and lack intellectual depth and there is no evidence of research
into the issues presented. Although the magazine is aimed
at the modern women aged 16-30, the articles and features
suggest that the modern woman lives her life at a very superficial
level.
